Regulations for donations/transactions

This website is the official website of the registered association אורים בלב שלנו (ע"ר) and enables the collection of donations for the association. Any use of the website, including making donations, constitutes your agreement to act subject to these regulations and to act accordingly.

General:

When making a donation/making a transaction using a credit card, the card will be checked with the credit card company and the surfer will receive an immediate answer regarding the status of the transaction and whether it was accepted or rejected. The payment page is secured by the PCI DSS standard and is operated by the Hyp company.

  1. All the personal details of the buyers are kept on a secure server of the Hyp company that cannot be browsed.
  2. The association אורים בלב שלנו (ע"ר)Allows you through this website to donate money for the benefit of the association's needs and make transactions in an easy, convenient and fast way - you can pay by credit card or bank transfer. When making a donation/transaction, a payment confirmation will be sent to the customer's email within 1 business day.
  3. The regulations are written in the masculine language but refer to both genders equally. Everything mentioned in these regulations in the masculine language also refers to the female and vice versa, and everything mentioned in the singular, also refers to the plural and vice versa.
  4. Do not give false information. Submitting false information is a criminal offense. A surfer who commits this offense is expected to face legal, criminal and civil proceedings.
  5. If the transaction was not approved by the credit company, the operator will receive an appropriate notification. In order to complete the operation, the operator of the operation must send an email published on the association's website.
  6. The association will not bear any responsibility for illegal activity carried out by participants on the site or for any other factor that is not under its full control.
  7. The full and exclusive responsibility for any error in data entry by the participant will apply to the participant, and the participant will bear any consequences that may arise as a result of an error in data entry. The computer records as they appear with the association and/or the clearing company on its behalf will be prima facie evidence that the data that appears in them is the data that was typed by the participant
  8. The interpretation of these regulations and the enforcement of the regulations or any action and/or conflict arising from it, will be done in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel and will be clarified, if necessary, in the competent courts.

Information security and privacy

  1. The association makes sure to manage the website carefully, skillfully, and in a controlled manner and takes common precautions in order to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of the information provided by the customer.
  2. The transfer of credit card data on the site/clearing company is carried out according to the PCI standard in an encrypted form with SSL technology under the responsibility of HYP.
  3. The association maintains the privacy of the donors/orders and does not store the credit information of the users.
  4. In cases that are not under the control of the association and/or arise from force majeure, the association will not be responsible for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the client or anyone on his behalf, if this information is lost or reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorization.
  5. The association undertakes not to make use of the details of the orderers registered on the website, but only for the needs of operating the website, and in order to enable the execution of the orders.
  6. You hereby declare that you are aware that the association may be required to provide identifying information about users, including the user's information found in the company, the IP number of the calling computer, the times and duration of the calls, and any other and/or additional information that may identify the user and/or or link the user to any activity on the Internet and he hereby irrevocably agrees and confirms the association's right to do so, in accordance with its sole discretion and/or in accordance with the requirements of the law and/or in accordance with the requirements of the competent authorities, without any need for prior notice or the user's consent . The user hereby irrevocably agrees and confirms that there will not be any claim and/or demand and/or claim against the association in such cases.

Responsibility

  1. The association undertakes to use the donation funds for the realization of the association's goals only.
  2. The association has approval from the tax authorities as required by law and proper management approval from the Registrar of Associations for 2024.

 Donation/Transaction cancellation policies:

  1. The person performing the operation will be entitled to contact the association with a request to change the billing details and cancel the transaction.
  2. Cancellation of a donation - it can be canceled within 30 days from the day the donation notification was delivered by phone or the donation was made online according to 22. Consumer Protection Law 1981. The association will make the required change in accordance with the policy used at the time by the credit company. If the credit company charges the association a commission for the operation, the operator of the operation will be charged the aforementioned commission.
  3. In any case of cancellation according to the terms of the statutes, the association will make the required change in accordance with the policy used at the time in the credit company. Property rights and ownership

The website, information and services, including but not limited to, content, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, buttons, images, audio clips, digital download materials, databases, copyrighted materials, the tool, including improvements, corrections , changes, updates and/or upgrades, and the relevant documentation and all the intellectual property rights associated with them (hereinafter: "Property of the association"), are not for sale and are the exclusive property of the association, now and in the future. These terms do not grant you a right to the association's property, but only a limited right of use as detailed above. The rights granted under this document are limited to those expressly stated in this document, and no additional rights or licenses are granted by implication or otherwise. Any copying, modification, commercial use, reuse or distribution of the association's property is prohibited without the prior written approval of the association.
